Bell Media Group is a Berks County-based marketing and storytelling agency helping organizations clarify their message, share meaningful stories, and build stronger connections with the people they serve.
In 2019, husband and wife team Zachary Bell and Kyra Denlinger were working corporate jobs by day and dipping their toes into freelancing and entrepreneurship by night. Both of them had experienced unconventional career pathways, so they opened a resume and cover letter service to help others navigate a tough job market.
That business model didn’t stick, but the stories they heard while interviewing and writing for executives and community leaders did. Fascinated by how weaving an individual’s personal story into their resume and cover letter resulted in a strong success rate, Zach and Kyra carried that storytelling philosophy forward into what would become Bell Media Group.
When their high-powered clients began asking for more services (a business card here, a LinkedIn profile optimization there), they realized there was a real opportunity in the marketplace for authentic, story-driven marketing campaigns.
Bell Media Group was officially formed in 2020 on a simple belief: every organization has meaningful stories inside it, and consistently putting those stories in front of the right audiences can create meaningful growth.
Today, we are a brand storytelling agency based in Reading, Pennsylvania, helping organizations uncover the stories worth telling, shape them into clear narratives, and turn them into digital storytelling experiences that can be shared across websites, email, social media, campaigns, events, and beyond.

Your audience does not need or want more sales content. They need clarity. They need to see why your work matters, who it helps, and what makes your organization worth believing in.
Think about the keynote speaker who had the whole room in tears when they showed their own vulnerability; or that high school teacher who had a knack for getting the room rolling with laughter.
This is how humans work.
We typically don't remember contextless information. We remember meaning. We remember the moment something clicked, the story that makes us feel seen, and the narrative that turned a stranger's experience into our own.
A story isn't a nice-to-have you bolt on at the end. It's the very thing that makes everything else make sense. When people understand what you do and why it matters, they trust you. And trust naturally drives growth.

Kyra is Co-founder of Bell Media Group and is passionate about helping businesses grow through strategic marketing and storytelling. After launching the company, she quickly learned that building a business requires equal parts creativity, determination, and adaptability. Creating and growing Bell Media Group remains her proudest accomplishment, and she credits the experience with teaching her more in the past five years than she ever imagined possible.
Born in Reading and raised in Berks County, Kyra attended the Governor Mifflin School District before earning a bachelor's degree in Communications–Journalism with a minor in Theater from Penn State University. She later earned a master's degree in Education from Kutztown University, along with certifications in English and Speech Communications.
A self-described “gamer chick,” Kyra has a long-standing love of video games; she even competed in her college's Halo 2 league. She also shares her home with her husband Zachary and her 99-pound lab-husky mix Bronson, both of whom she considers the lights of her life. Her advice to clients is to think carefully about their sales process when developing marketing strategies. Marketing and sales work best when they operate together, creating a seamless experience that helps businesses achieve their goals.

Anthony is the Lead Graphic Designer at Bell Media Group, where he develops visual content and media that help organizations communicate their message and connect with their audiences. He enjoys creating work that has a meaningful impact, whether it's being seen throughout the local community or supporting initiatives on an international scale. One of the projects he is most proud of is helping tell the story of the Norwegian Refugee Council's efforts in Somalia, showcasing how the Nutrition and Mortality Monitoring System is used to address drought, malnutrition, and preventable disease.
Originally from Robesonia, Pennsylvania, Anthony attended Temple University's Tyler School of Art, earning a BFA in Graphic & Interactive Design in 2013. While he initially planned to study Painting & Drawing, he discovered a passion for design and changed majors during his time at Temple. The switch added an extra year to his college journey, but it ultimately led him to the career path he enjoys today.
Outside of work, Anthony enjoys building and collecting Gunpla models, a hobby that combines creativity, precision, and patience. Although he doesn't currently have any pets, he's definitely more of a cat person. His advice to clients is simple: have a clear vision. Whether you're planning a major marketing campaign or sending a weekly newsletter, a strong sense of direction helps create a more authentic and effective experience for your audience.
